Tabbouleh and fattoush calories: per cup and per 100 g

A cup (200 g) of tabbouleh has about 106 kcal and a cup of fattoush about 104, at 53 and 52 kcal per 100 g, in lab analyses by the Lebanese University [1].

The olive oil decides most of it: these samples had about 2 g of fat per 100 g, and each extra tablespoon of oil adds about 120 kcal (calculated).
