How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Voltra. You can change or cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How does AI meal scanning work?

You snap or pick a meal photo and Voltra estimates calories and macros using AI. Estimates are approximate— always sanity-check them, and don’t rely on them for allergy or medical decisions.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your data stays on your device (and your private iCloud if enabled). We don’t sell data or run ads. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I export or delete my data?

In the App: Profile → Privacy & Data → Export My Data for a JSON copy, or Profile → Delete Account to erase everything on your device.

Does Voltra work in Arabic?

Yes—Voltra is fully bilingual with right-to-left Arabic support. Switch languages in Profile → Language.
